Finally tonight I get to write about my new cool phone. I bought an HTC Desire back in July, but two months later i get to write about it because… I don’t know, I didn’t have the spare time to start this post.
I bought the phone with Android 2.1 and now it has two major updates – the ones is to Android 2.2 Froyo and the other one is some firmware update.
If you haven’t seen a Desire – here it is:
I haven’t rooted my phone, I still use the official software on it.
I bought some accessories like: screen protectors, leather case (that i don’t use), silicon case (very nice) and a car charger from ebay.com.
Applications I love:
LauncherPro, Calorific, CardioTrainer, Dropbox, Grooveshark, RockPlayer, FeedSquares, Goggles, Maps [brut], MP3 Download, Nimbuzz, Twitter, ES File Explorer, ES Security Manager, ES Task Manager, Flikie Wallpapers HD, 3D Gallery.
Widgets I love:
AccuWather.com, Retro Clock, SysMonitor, WiFi OnOff.
These are the most handy apps and widgets that I find best for my phone. All of them are available in the Android Market.
