In 2010 for Christmas I got my sister a new phone. The Sony Ericsson X10 Mini Pro (U20i). It is a great phone, because it is pink 🙂 I keed my sister, she really knows how to use an Android phone. This Christmas in 2011 I rooted, s-off’ed and reinstalled my HTC Desire multiple times, trying out many ROMs (finally using CyanogenMod 7.1).

So this year when I came back home I really wanted to reinstall my sister X10 pro. I also checked it out before that… The SE software really was poor. Now my sister enjoys a very clear custom rom with android 2.3.7 with Launcher Pro as a home launcher, with an Android 4.0 theme. Awesome speed, a lot of space for many apps, all up to date. So what did I do, what did I install and most importantly, what is the easiest way!?
