Sneeze

London has left me with many good memories of work and party. However, I seem to have gotten so caught up in action, that a few hours of sleep per day was merely enough for my body to recover.

It’s been 3 days and I am staying at home, sneezing, coughing and trying to treat my body right. I did some work the last 2 days but today I said that was enough. I need some actual rest that requires me focusing only on my body and mind. I need to be at peace so my body can recover faster (I proof read this part: I don’t need it to recover fast so I can start using and damaging again – I want it to recover faster so it’s not in so much pain anymore and I promise to do my best to keep it safe and sound).

I did some good meditations and some slow yoga just to get my body moving a little bit, stretch and relax.

There are times where I would literally have the urge to puke from coughing and ones like this one, where I can sit peacefully and write things down. Feels good. I’m really thankful to my body for giving me the opportunity to experience all those good times with friends and colleagues. Now it needs to rest and recover.

Sneeze.
